Celtics.com posted this:
Kevin Garnett was evaluated by Dr. Brian McKeon on Friday, and the word is he has a posterior muscle strain in the right knee. Garnett is expected to miss 2-3 weeks.
So that means that he could be back as early as between the Cleveland game on March 6 and the Orlando game on March 8. If it turns out to be 3 weeks, then we're looking at between a Friday, March 13 vs. Memphis and Sunday, March 15 at Milwaukee.
Hopefully it will be the former.
