Hot Off the Presses...

...for me at least.

It was announced today that Ray Allen will be (rightly) taking over Jameer Nelson's spot on the All-Star reserve list, after Nelson injured his shoulder in a game a few days ago. This marks Allen's 9th All-Star selection. He may have tipped the scales in his favor in Tuesday night's game against the Sixers, in which he took over the fourth quarter, hitting the game-winning three pointer with 0.5 seconds left. The Celtics won by one point, 100-99.

Allen was a replacement last year as well and nearly won the All-Star MVP (he should have), losing out to LeBron James--even though Allen was the game's high scorer with 28 points, including a shooting clinic from beyond the arc.

Celtics vs. Lakers tonight at 8 on TNT!!!!!!

Just a Quick Note...

Jameer Nelson injured his shoulder the other night and, since he was selected as an All-Star reserve, it may mean that Rondo will get the nod. Or it could be Mo Williams...hopefully not. But we'll see in the upcoming days. I'm not even sure the extent of Nelson's injury, so he may be better by the All-Star game in a couple weeks.

Just thought ya'll should know wussup.

Celtics-Sixers tonight at 7. Recap to follow eventually. Stay tuned lolz.

Oh, and this has nothing to do with anything, but wanted to share because I think it's hilarious:
